Shark Ridge is a diving spot northeast Apo Reef, Philippines, where instead of the coral and reef fish as the main attraction, the stars here are sharks. At this point with depths between 10 and 50 meters, consisting of ledges and walls, we can find lots of reef sharks like whitetip sharks, blacktip sharks, and gray sharks, that´s why it is called Ridge Shark. To these diving spots arrive some pelagic creatures such as sea turtles, barracudas, and even oceanic manta rays. It consists of a sheer drop with many overhangs. Whitetip and gray reef sharks are a common sight at the dive site Shark Ridge as well as turtles, barracudas, and schools of snappers.
